Specialist NICU (Arabic Speaker) – Abu Dhabi

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Specialist NICU (Arabic Speaker) to join a leading healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide specialized care for premature and critically ill newborns in a state-of-the-art Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage critically ill and premature neonates in the NICU.
• Perform neonatal resuscitation and stabilization during emergencies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal neonatal outcomes.
• Counsel and educate families regarding neonatal care and follow-up.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance activities.

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
• Specialist qualification in Neonatology/Pediatrics.
• Valid DOH License/Eligibility Letter or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum 3-5 years of post-specialization experience in NICU.
• 
  Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
