Camp Boss (Male) Jobs in Ajman at Crystal Petroleum FZE
We are seeking an experienced Camp Boss to manage and oversee labor accommodation facilities in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in camp management, preferably within construction, contracting, or industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of labor accommodation camps.
- Ensure camp facilities are maintained in a clean, safe, and hygienic condition.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, catering, and security services.
- Monitor occupancy records and maintain accurate accommodation documentation.
- Coordinate employee check-in and check-out procedures.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor accommodation regulations and health & safety standards.
- Handle camp-related complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Coordinate transportation arrangements and workforce logistics when required.
- Monitor camp inventories and ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies.
- Conduct regular inspections and submit reports to management.
- Liaise with government authorities and service providers regarding camp-related matters.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Camp Boss in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of labor camp operations and UAE regulations.
- Experience managing large-scale labor accommodations.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and record management.
- Valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate:
- Male candidate.
- Experience in construction, EPC, or contracting companies.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
