About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing Nursery Teacher to join a well-established nursery in Dubai. The successful candidate will inspire and support young learners through engaging, child-centred activities that encourage their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences following the EYFS curriculum.
- Create a welcoming, stimulating, and safe classroom environment where children can thrive.
- Encourage learning through play, exploration, and creative activities.
- Monitor, assess, and document each child’s progress and developmental milestones.
- Build positive relationships with parents by providing regular updates on children’s learning and wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and care.
- Ensure children’s health, safety, and wellbeing are always prioritised.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline.
- CACHE Level 3 qualification or an equivalent early years qualification.
- Additional teaching qualifications such as PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent are an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience teaching in an EYFS or British curriculum nursery or early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passionate, caring, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality early years education.
