ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Call Centre Training Manager tojoin ourdynamicteamin Doha, Qatar. As a key player in the service industry, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our call centre staff. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our team delivers exceptional customer service and meets operational goals.

Responsibilities:

Design and implementcomprehensive trainingprograms tailored to the needs of call centre staff.

Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.

Develop training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.

Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new and existing employees.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

Collaborate with management to align training objectives with business goals.

Provide coaching and support to staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new techniques into training programs.

Required Profile:

Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role in a call centre setting.

Excellentcommunicationand presentation skills.

Strong organizational andleadershipabilities.

Ability to assess training needs and develop effective training programs.

Proficiency in using training software and tools.

Stronganalytical skillsto evaluate training effectiveness.

Ability to work full-time and on-site in Doha, Qatar.

Fluency in English;
Arabic knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
