PURPOSE:

To serve customers byproviding product service information; resolving product andservice issues by maintaining immaculate quality standards. Specific Job Accountability Provide excellentcustomer service by attending to incoming calls within the qualityguidelines Handling and resolving customercomplaints to

customer satisfaction

within the defined authoritylimits and to escalate as per process Recommendpotential products or services to management by collecting customerinformation and analyzing customer needs Ensurequality of inbound / outbound calls by achieving set targets interms of service standards and

customer satisfaction

scores2 Contribute to the business by generating newprospects/Leads and

upselling

for all types of FABproducts Maintains customer records by updatingcustomer history through service requests/complaints and Notes Maintain confidentiality of the bankscustomers and data Ensure the business meets itsobligations under the Banks Policies and Standards and under locallaws/regulations Attend to special tasksassigned by team leader and Managers Demonstrateflexibility in adhering to your planned/scheduled shifts and oncall/ unplanned shifts due to the floor situation for achieving alldefined Service Level and Abandoned rates Ensureselfpunctuality adherence of policies & procedures anddiscipline to the Centre
