Job Opportunity: Customer Support Agent – Vehicle Servicing & Aftersales Inquiries
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling inbound and outbound calls related to vehicle servicing, maintenance appointments, and aftersales inquiries. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless experience for customers while promoting relevant automotive services.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Provide comprehensive support by addressing customer questions, resolving issues, and offering guidance on vehicle servicing, maintenance, and aftersales services.
Appointment Coordination: Help customers with service bookings, explain repair processes, and ensure all relevant details are communicated effectively.
Customer Feedback: Conduct follow-up calls after service delivery and sales to gather feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer concerns with patience, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team, and ensuring timely resolutions.
Data Management & Support: Assist with customer data collection for marketing campaigns, update client information, and perform outbound calls for feedback and follow-ups.
