Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring Call Center Agent.
What will you do
Manage customer interactions, ensuring effective and efficient handling of both inbound and outbound calls to ensure seamless and positive service experience.
Respond promptly to customer concerns, ensuring a positive resolution that maintains trust and satisfaction.
Collect, update, and organize comprehensive customer information to ensure accurate and current records.
Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system to maintain accurate records and confidentiality of all customer information.
Handle customer communications across email, phone, SMS, and social media, ensuring timely and consistent follow-ups to meet service standards.
What will you need?
1-3 years of experience in the Automotive industry
Bachelor degree in any related field
Giza and 6th of October residents are preferable
Must have strong communication/interpersonal skills, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, be detail oriented and responsive, deadline driven and have strong quantitative reasoning skills.
