Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain accurate customer records. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and meet performance targets set by management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., call handling time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction).
- Accurately update customer records in the system.
- Respond to customer complaints, inquiries, and requests in a timely manner.
- Provide clear and effective solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines while adapting to different customer needs.
- Multitask between calls, CRM systems, and other tools efficiently.
- Be flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (CRM, MS Office).
- Multitasking and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, sales, or technical support.
- Knowledge of call center software (e.g., Zendesk, Five9).
- Additional language proficiency is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
