- Ability to create custom celebration, birthday, wedding, and themed cakes
- Skilled in piping, sculpting, modeling, fondant work, and decorative finishing
- Good understanding of cake structure, stacking, supports, and transportation
- Strong attention to detail and clean finishing
- Ability to follow reference images and reproduce designs accurately
- Knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and allergen handling
- Able to work efficiently under deadlines and handle multiple orders
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Portfolio of previous cake work required
