Position: Business Support Specialist (Arabic)
We are seeking a highlyorganized and detail-orientedBusiness Support Specialisttojoin our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, hiring, and financial support to ensure the smooth operation of our business functions. This role requires excellentmultitaskingskills,attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support management and business operations.
Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and other logistical support as needed.
Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems for easy access to information.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
2. Hiring & Recruitment Support:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and system access are completed.
Maintain candidate and employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support workforce planning efforts.
Support HR initiatives such as training programs andemployee engagementactivities.
3. Financial Support:
Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and reimbursements in coordination with the finance department.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of financial transactions and compliance with financial policies.
Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee timesheets and expense reports.
Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in administrative, hiring, or financial support roles.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of HR and financial management software is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strongcommunicationand interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Attention to detailandproblem-solving skills.
