What are we looking forWe seek ambitious and

Business Partners eager to collaborate and operate in the Real Estate , Hospitality , and Investment sectors.
Each Business Partner will represent the company in the local market.
Responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to expand sales and drive revenue growth , with a focus on the Greek Golden Visa .Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Real Estate, Hospitality, and Investment sectors, liaising and reporting to the Head Office.
The Business Partner will also be responsible for monitoring market trends and the competitive landscape to identify and evaluate business opportunities and threats, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Required Skills :
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, commercial, or related roles.
Excellent negotiation and
communication skills
.
Desire and ability to work in an agile environment.
NOVA CONSTRUCTIONS Partner privileges :
Support with advertising materials (brochures, leaflets, catalogs, etc.).Sales and marketing support.
Assistance with legal processes and
document management
.
