Key Responsibilities

- Develop new spa services, customer experiences, and wellness concepts.
- Improve customer journey and increase client retention.

- Analyze business performance and recommend data-driven improvements.

- Stay updated with global spa and wellness industry trends and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Strategy, or Innovation.
- Experience in the spa, wellness, hospitality, luxury retail, or service industry is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to transform ideas into successful business initiatives.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
