Job description:
ES Premier Uniforms & Sportswear is seeking a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to develop new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, meet prospective clients, and secure B2B orders across the UAE.
The ideal candidate should have previous sales experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Uniforms and Sportswear garments manufacturing
- Building materials
- Promotional or stationary products
- Industrial or commercial supplies
The selected candidate will be responsible for approaching companies, schools, hotels, restaurants, contractors, sports teams, healthcare organizations, and other potential clients requiring uniforms, workwear, sportswear, or customized apparel.
A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new potential B2B customers across Abu Dhabi and other UAE markets.
- Generate leads through outdoor visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, online research, business directories, and existing market contacts.
- Visit prospective clients to understand their uniform, workwear, sportswear, and customized apparel requirements.
- Present ES Premier’s products, customization services, manufacturing capabilities, and company profile professionally.
- Develop business relationships with companies, schools, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, clinics, construction companies, sports academies, government-related organizations, and event companies.
- Prepare and submit quotations based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the design, production, procurement, and operations teams to ensure accurate quotations and smooth order execution.
- Follow up consistently on quotations, samples, approvals, payments, and pending customer decisions.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company-approved guidelines.
