HAVN Holiday Homes is a fast-growing property management company specializing in short-term rentals across Dubai. We provide end-to-end solutions for property owners, transforming their units into fully managed holiday homes.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Property Acquisition Executive whose primary role will be to grow our unit portfolio by identifying and securing new property owners who are interested in short-term rental management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify property owners interested in holiday home management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and investors
- Present and explain our holiday home management services and benefits
- Negotiate agreements and close new property contracts
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for unit acquisition
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to onboard new properties
Qualifications:
- MANDATORY previous experience in Holiday Homes or Dubai Real Estate
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Goal-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate/holiday home market preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Fluency in English required (Arabic or additional languages is an advantage)
