We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with 1-2 years of UAE experience to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our diverse service offerings, including web design, development, SEO, mobile app development, and other digital solutions. The position offers a competitive salary plus commission, giving you the opportunity to earn based on your performance and contribution to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in Dubai and across the UAE, focusing on web design, SEO, PPC, and other digital services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries, showcasing our expertise in full-stack development, content marketing, cloud management, and more.
Present, promote, and sell Adwhs Solutions’ services to potential clients, ensuring a customized approach to meet their business needs.
Negotiate contracts, close sales, and meet revenue targets for digital service offerings.
Collaborate with the internal team to develop sales strategies and deliver effective solutions for clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to help Adwhs Solutions remain competitive.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the UAE, ideally in the digital services industry.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE market, with familiarity in web design, SEO, digital marketing, and app development.
Fluency in English & Hindi (mandatory).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
