Listing Agent – Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property consultants.
  • Conduct cold calls to acquire new property listings.
  • Schedule listing appointments and follow up with landlords.
  • Negotiate and successfully close sales and leasing deals.
  • Recommend competitive market prices based on Abu Dhabi market trends.
  • Manage Madmoun advertisements and property permit applications.
  • Ensure all listings comply with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations.
  • Acquire new property listings.
  • Prepare regular reports on listings, landlord communication, and deal status.
  • Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends and high-demand areas.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Proven experience as a Listing Agent in Abu Dhabi.
  • Hands-on experience with Madmoun and property permit processing.
  • Experience in closing real estate sales and leasing deals.
  • Cold calling or telesales experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is mandatory.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
