Listing Agent – Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property consultants.
- Conduct cold calls to acquire new property listings.
- Schedule listing appointments and follow up with landlords.
- Negotiate and successfully close sales and leasing deals.
- Recommend competitive market prices based on Abu Dhabi market trends.
- Manage Madmoun advertisements and property permit applications.
- Ensure all listings comply with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations.
- Acquire new property listings.
- Prepare regular reports on listings, landlord communication, and deal status.
- Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends and high-demand areas.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Proven experience as a Listing Agent in Abu Dhabi.
- Hands-on experience with Madmoun and property permit processing.
- Experience in closing real estate sales and leasing deals.
- Cold calling or telesales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is mandatory.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
