Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager – E-commerce & Online Sales to support the growth of our online business across major e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate has experience managing online marketplace operations, improving product performance, and developing strategies to increase online sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings across e-commerce marketplaces.
- Monitor product performance, pricing, inventory, and promotional activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve online sales and business growth.
- Identify new online sales opportunities and marketplace partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information and timely updates.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Keep up to date with marketplace policies, trends, and best practices.
- Support initiatives that enhance customer experience and marketplace performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or business development.
- Experience working with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of online marketplace operations and digital sales.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer goods, retail, healthcare, or pharmaceutical products is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital marketing or marketplace advertising tools is a plus.
