Business Development Manager (BDM) Jobs in Dubai · UAE at AVR Labs

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven B2B sales experience — ideally in technology, experiential activations, fit-out, or digital transformation
  • Experience handling RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and proposals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; Arabic is a strong advantage
  • An existing network in the UAE is highly valuable
  • Comfortable selling complex, custom solutions — not off-the-shelf products
  • Someone who can work closely with a founder-led team in a fast-moving environment

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identifying and developing leads across our target sectors
  • Building relationships with decision-makers, consultants, fit-out companies, event agencies, and strategic partners
  • Supporting proposals, presentations, and client meetings alongside the technical team
  • Qualifying opportunities based on budget, timeline, and decision-making authority
  • Tracking pipeline, follow-ups, and deal progress with discipline
  • Registering on online portals and monitoring tender announcements

Requirements:

  • Currently residing in the UAE
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
