Job Description:
We are seeking a
dynamic
and
results-driven
Business Development Manager to join our client’s team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a
proven track record
of driving growth and expanding market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent
communication
and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve
sales targets
and expand the client base. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and market expansion. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with the design and
project management
teams to ensure
client satisfaction
and successful project delivery.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals. Monitor and report on
sales performance
, providing regular updates to
senior management
.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
Proven track record
of achieving
sales targets
and driving business growth. Strong
communication
, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Knowledge of the Middle East market is a plus.
