Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and implement growth strategies to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include market analysis, creating and delivering compelling presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client engagement and satisfaction. The role also encompasses tracking business development metrics to ensure effectiveness and drive improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales
- Having at least 2 years experience in Legal field is a must.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in creating strategic plans and fostering collaborations
- Familiarity with the legal industry and understanding of legal services is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred
