Responsibilities:
Min 10 new customer visits per week; daily update the visit report on teams. Arrange min 2 joint visits on a weekly basis. Maintain a healthy pipeline for FF & CL in prospect format. Focus on major trade lanes and ensure to support with your minimum contribution. Pick a vertical and lead it. Ensure to avoid clashes with others. Update the customer master once you start getting enquiries.
Profile the customer with contact person, emails, and business activity. Monitor your enquiries and ensure to log them in the system. Ensure to activate Frescon & auto update/DSR/OS for all your active customers. Monitor your business through CS. Check all invoices while dispatching. Focus on timely collection and start following up for payment before it gets overdue.
Desired Candidate Profile
:
5+ years in Contract Logistics:
Demonstrated expertise in warehousing, distribution,
inventory management
, and value-added services (e.g., kitting, packaging). Proven Sales
Experience:
Achieving revenue and profitability targets for logistics services. Customer Management:
Building long-term relationships with key clients in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or automotive sectors. Regional
Experience:
Deep understanding of logistics operations in UAE and GCC markets. Operational Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of warehousing operations, transportation planning, customs clearance, and bonded warehouse solutions.
