Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT box products and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) project sales. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in business development and a proven record of managing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients.
- Lead, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Expand the client base by identifying new business opportunities.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of IT products, ELV systems, and the company’s value proposition.
- Write and present tailored business proposals to clients.
- Maintain strong technical understanding of IT solutions and services.
- Conduct research to identify market trends, new customer needs, and business growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
- Track industry developments both locally and internationally.
- Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts.
- Regularly report on sales performance, client feedback, and improvement areas.
- Ensure achievement of set business targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Provide consistent after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and develop junior staff into high-performing sales professionals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, preferably within the IT and ELV sector.
- Proven experience in managing a Business Development or Sales department.
- Strong background in selling IT box products and ELV projects.
- Demonstrated success in revenue generation and client acquisition.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High resilience and confidence in ability to close deals and manage rejections.
- Familiarity with software licensing, IT services, and project-based solution selling.
- Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and match them with business offerings.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Knowledge of local UAE market preferred.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred)

Salary &Compensation:
- Per month fixed salary will be AED 7,000 (Minimum AED 20,000 Gross Profit per month to be achieved)
- On exceeding Gross Profit of AED 20,000 and up to AED 100,000, commission will be 15% of Gross profit exceeding AED 20,000
- On exceeding Gross Profit of AED 100,000, commission will be 10% of amount exceeding AED 100,000
- AED 7,000 will be released per month through WPS. Commission will be calculated on quarterly basis. On each quarter end, commission will be calculated with Finance team and it will be released within one (1) month after each quarter end. In quarterly calculations, all above slabs will be multiplied with three (3) which is pasted as an example in table form as follows:
- If AED 20,000 Minimum Gross Profit per month has not been achieved in any quarter, less achieved targeted amount will be adjusted in upcoming quarters with extra achieved targets first for calculation of Commission amount.
