Position: Business Development Executive – Interior Fit-Out
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a proven background in Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, and Decoration Works.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out / Joinery / Decoration industry in UAE.
- Existing network and relationships with consultants, developers, contractors, real estate companies, and project decision-makers.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate qualified project leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, and Decoration projects.
- Visit clients, consultants, developers, and project sites regularly.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with estimation and technical teams for project pricing and proposals.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Preferred:
- Experience in villas, residential, commercial, and hospitality fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of the UAE construction and fit-out market.
