Suliter International Building Materials Trading L.L.C is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. We specialize in the supply of high-quality building materials and construction solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the construction industry, and the willingness to relocate if needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate new business and actively open new client accounts and sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, consultants, and traders.
- Build and maintain a strong client database and sales pipeline.
- Handle quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, and close sales effectively.
- Identify market opportunities and contribute directly to company revenue and profitability.
- Handle client requirements and concerns professionally, providing effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in the building materials sector – mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE construction and building materials market.
- Strong client network and established industry contacts will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional, proactive, target-oriented, and strong in problem-solving.
- Valid UAE Driving License – mandatory.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
