Role Overview
Beyond Ads is looking for a highly organized and creative person to oversee the content creation process for our clients. This role combines creativity and organization, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality content that drives both organic growth and sales performance for different industries
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Strategy
• Attend brainstorming sessions and create organic or high-conversion scripts
• Developing visual moodboards to establish the aesthetic, tone, and “vibe” of a campaign.
• Organizing detailed shot lists
• Stay up to date with latest trends in social media content production
2. Content Production
• Directing or filming content using professional cameras or mobile.
• Guide and organize models during the shoot
• Experience in creating different style of content (UGC, talking heads, voice overs,…)
3. Teamwork & Post-Production
• Working closely with videographers and editors to ensure the final version matches the original creative vision.
• Providing clear, actionable feedback on edits, color grading, and sound design.
