What you could expect as a Sales Support Executive
Professionally handle all incoming customer enquiries
Shared customer responsibility with Commercial and Technical Field Sales colleagues
Independent generation and updating of Request for Quotation list (RFQ), Sales Quotations, Order Confirmations, Proforma Invoices, and Invoices
Pro-actively inform all customers about delivery time updates or delays; close co-ordination with logistics team is expected
Administrate customer contracts & agreements within Sales Support function
Administrate, maintain and monitor execution of Customer Master Data
Enable support to Customer Order Management
Order Management Tasks
What we expect from you as a Sales Support Executive
2-3 years sales support experience; understanding of commercial vehicle industry
Substantial experience with Product Management, pricing, marketing, branding, distribution, customer requirements and trends
Considering the capacity to lead swiftly in front of the customer and being knowledgeable about product & material availability
Customer focus and service delivery orientation
Excellent organizational and time management under high time pressure
Fluent French and English
Good Microsoft Office skills
