Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist position based in Dubai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales by building relationships with clients, promoting the company’s products and services, and offering tailored interior solutions. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, providing exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, maintaining product knowledge, and coordinating with the team to ensure smooth execution of sales and after-sales services. This is a mostly field-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, securing new clients, and managing sales pipelines outside of the office.

You’ll act as our on-the-ground representative, promoting premium interior and fit-out products and solutions to clients including developers, contractors, architects, and interior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively generate new leads through site visits, networking, referrals, and industry events
  • Manage relationships with key decision-makers across retail, hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales activities through CRM systems to support continuous reporting and analysis
  • Present product ranges and service solutions tailored to client needs
  • Respond to tenders and support quotations with a commercial mindset
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in coordination with management
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of B2B & B2C sales experience in the fit-out/interior design industry in the UAE
  • Existing network across developers, contractors, and designers is a strong advantage
  • Self-starter with strong presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working independently on the move, and meeting clients face-to-face
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
