Your Mission

As our Business Development Executive, you’ll take the lead in driving our revenue growth and building lasting client relationships. This is a role for someone passionate about tech, excited by sales challenges, and eager to grow professionally.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Generation:Identify, research, and engage with potential clients through digital channels, networking, and events.

Client Conversion:Present tailored proposals, understand client needs, and turn leads into loyal customers.

Strategy Development:Craft and executeinnovativesales and marketing strategies to meet monthly revenue goals.

Market Analysis:Stay on top of industry trends, client demands, and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.

BrandPromotion:Advocate for our services on social media, at events, and within your network.

Collaboration:Work closely with our marketing and development teams to ensure seamlessclient satisfaction.

Deal Closing:Negotiate terms and close deals with confidence.

Reporting:Maintain accurate sales records and share insights with the team.

What You Bring

Proven experience (1–3+ years) in IT business development or tech sales.

Deep understanding of digital marketing, design, and development services.

Exceptionalcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Tech-savviness with familiarity in CRM tools (preferred).

Results-drivenmindset with self-motivation to exceed targets.

Knowledge of the UAE market (preferred).

UAE driving license (a plus).

Location:Dubai, Hybrid (UAE-based candidates only)

Work Type:Freelance/Contract (Own Visa required)

Salary:Based on qualifications and experience

Commission:5% per sale, uncapped after achieving a monthly revenue target of AED 30,000

Job Type:Full-time
