Business Controls Function (BCF) Consultant – Commercial Markets Salary: AED 24500
Role
Purpose:
The BCF Consultant is responsible for monitoring third-party activities, reviewing financial transactions, auditing, and vendor financial monitoring to mitigate risks in the Middle East commercial market. The role ensures compliance with corporate governance, anti-bribery and corruption (AB&C) regulations, fraud detection, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements while working closely with Market BCF and key business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Third-Party Risk Management & Vendor Monitoring:
Conduct risk assessments and financial reviews of third-party vendors and distributors.
Execute on-site monitoring engagements and develop remediation plans.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and financial health of vendors.
Financial Transaction & Audit Review:
Monitor and review financial transactions, including accounts payable and employee expenses.
Identify and escalate potential fraud, non-compliance, and irregularities.
Support internal and external audit activities by providing financial data and analysis.
Fraud & Compliance Monitoring:
Conduct anti-bribery and fraud monitoring across financial transactions.
Assist in compliance with SOX, FCPA, and industry regulations.
Collaborate with compliance and legal teams for risk mitigation.
Qualifications &
Experience:
CPA or equivalent (CFE, CIA preferred).5–8 years in audit,
financial compliance
, risk management, or forensic accounting.
Strong experience in vendor financial monitoring, third-party audits, and financial transaction reviews.
Pharmaceutical or similar industry experience preferred.
Strong analytical, compliance, and stakeholder management skills.
