About the role
Translate business needs into clear requirements, improve processes, and support delivery of digital and operational projects to drive efficiency and value.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit and document requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria; maintain traceability.
- Map and analyse processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend automation or process changes.
- Produce functional specifications, wireframes and data models; collaborate with product and engineering on solutions.
- Perform data analysis to extract insights and build reports/dashboards for stakeholders.
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops, UAT and stakeholder sign‑offs; track requirements through delivery.
- Define test cases, manage UAT, log defects and verify fixes against acceptance criteria.
- Support change management: create user guides, training materials and conduct post‑implementation reviews.
- Monitor solution performance against defined KPIs and support benefits realisation.
Qualifications & experience
- Degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field; relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI‑PBA) advantageous.
- 2–5 years’ experience in business analysis or product/requirements roles; Doha/GCC experience preferred.
- Proficient in process mapping, requirements documentation, SQL and analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
Pay: QAR35.25 – QAR45.20 per hour
