We are looking for a creative, experienced, and results-driven Social Media Content Writer & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing bilingual content and supporting digital marketing activities for multiple clients across different industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and professional Arabic and English content for social media.
- Write captions, posts, campaign copy, website content, and promotional materials.
- Develop monthly social media content calendars.
- Create creative content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Develop concepts and scripts for Reels and short-form videos.
- Manage and schedule social media content.
- Monitor social media accounts and analyze performance.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Prepare regular digital marketing and social media reports.
- Recommend strategies to improve engagement, reach, leads, and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest social media, content, and digital marketing trends.
- Manage multiple client accounts and deliver content according to deadlines.
Mandatory Requirements
- Native Arabic Speaker – Mandatory.
- Fluent in English – Mandatory, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in Social Media Content Writing and Digital Marketing.
- Excellent Arabic and English writing skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs, targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Strong creative writing and communication skills.
- Ability to create content that is both creative and commercially effective.
- Good knowledge of the UAE/GCC market.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience working in an advertising or digital marketing agency.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Basic understanding of SEO and website content.
- Experience with Canva or other content creation tools.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form video content.
- Experience developing bilingual campaigns for the UAE/GCC market.
- Basic knowledge of AI-powered content and marketing tools is an advantage.
Important
Native Arabic language proficiency and fluent English are mandatory requirements.
Candidates who do not meet the required language and digital marketing experience criteria will not be considered.
