BMS Operator

Reporting To: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Purpose: To monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) during night shift operations to ensure uninterrupted HVAC and utility performance within GMP requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor HVAC systems, chilled water systems, AHUs, and utility alarms through BMS.
· Record and review critical parameters during shift.
· Respond to alarms and coordinate corrective actions.
· Coordinate with maintenance team during equipment failures.
· Maintain shift logs and escalation reports.
· Ensure temperature, humidity, and differential pressure are maintained within limits.
· Support energy-saving initiatives and system optimization.
· Follow GMP and EHS requirements during operations.
· Participate in troubleshooting for the BMS maintenance and service.
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
Experience: 2–5 years in BMS operation in pharmaceutical facilities.
Skills: Knowledge of HVAC and utility systems, BMS software operation, Alarm handling and troubleshooting, Shift operation experience
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
