BIM Landscape Architect

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented BIM Landscape Architect to join our multidisciplinary design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality landscape designs and BIM models, coordinating with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, and ensuring project delivery in accordance with client requirements, BIM standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop landscape design concepts, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
- Create and manage BIM models for landscape projects using Autodesk Revit and related BIM software.
- Coordinate landscape models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes.
- Produce planting plans, hardscape layouts, grading plans, irrigation layouts, and landscape details.
- Prepare BIM deliverables in accordance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company standards.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and collaborate with consultants and contractors.
- Review project specifications, standards, and local authority requirements.
- Assist in quantity take-offs, schedules, and material coordination.
- Ensure all drawings and BIM models are accurate, coordinated, and delivered on schedule.
- Support site teams by responding to technical queries and reviewing shop drawings when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in landscape architecture, with at least 3 years of BIM experience.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for landscape modeling.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar visualization software.
- Good understanding of BIM workflows, LOD requirements, and project coordination.
- Knowledge of local UAE authority requirements and landscape standards is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, mixed-use, and public realm projects.
- Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Knowledge of sustainable landscape design and irrigation systems.
- Experience in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
