Building Cleaner Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Servco Facility Management
We are looking for Male Building Cleaners to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across residential facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the unit is clean and ready before tenant handover.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas.
- Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, mirrors, and restock supplies.
- Collect garbage, replace bin liners, and dispose waste properly.
- Maintain lobbies, corridors, elevators, staircases, and entrances.
- Disinfect high‑touch surfaces such as door handles and switches.
- Clean building surroundings, pathways, and parking areas (if assigned).
- Inform supervisors of damages, maintenance needs, or safety hazards.
- Assist with basic FM tasks when required.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
- Clean & reset the unit after tenant vacates and report any damages to supervisor.
Pay: AED1,400.00 – AED1,800.00 per month
