Salary: From AED 4,000 per month + Unlimited Monthly Commission

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Event Specialist to help families plan memorable events while achieving exciting sales goals.
What You’ll Do
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed event bookings.
- Contact new and existing customers by phone and WhatsApp.
- Promote birthday parties, school trips, workshops, family events, and corporate packages.
- Invite customers to visit our branches.
- Prepare quotations and recommend the best event packages.
- Follow up with leads using our CRM system.
- Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure successful event execution.
- Meet monthly sales targets and earn attractive commissions.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Enjoys talking to people and building relationships.
- Has a passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Is confident making outbound calls every day.
- Has experience in sales, telesales, customer service, hospitality, or event sales.
- Is comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Has strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Speaks fluent English (additional languages are an advantage).
