Position: • BROAD FINANCE AND DCM ROLE – MAGIC CIRCLE  •

The dedicated corporate trustee team in Dubai has an exceptional reputation and is one of the most established specialist teams in the Gulf.
You will be involved in a broad mix of finance and capital markets work including:
Islamic Finance and sukuk transactions
Regulatory Capital and Liability Management Transactions
Convertible and Project Bonds
On the finance side, you will be involved in project finance, leveraged finance, and acquisition finance transactions but representing the corporate trustee.
The right candidate for this position will have fantastic academics and have trained at a top-rated City practice and ideally have completed a seat in corporate trusts. However, candidates with a strong finance background are welcome to apply. As a junior to mid-level lawyer, you will have a strong desire to relocate to the Middle East and the ambition to succeed in a market-leading practice.
You must be admitted as a solicitor or lawyer in the UK, Australia, or the US.
