Brand Manager – Real Estate / Development
Location: Dubai, UAE (open to candidates willing to relocate).

With several developments underway, this is a unique opportunity to support the full project lifecycle, working closely with senior management and gaining valuable experience in real estate development.
We are currently looking for a motivated, responsible, and creative Brand Manager who is ready to lead, take initiative, and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy:
· Develop 360 degree marketing strategies and advertising initiatives (including media‑mix for lead generation) for residential real estate
· Build and maintain strong connections across the brokerage chain in the UAE
Marketing Communications (Offline):
· Manage full‑cycle development of marketing materials: from design studio briefings to final production
· Oversee construction‑site branding and branded equipment on-site (marketing collateral)
· Manage the development and production of branded merchandise and promotional items for customers
· Develop printed and digital presentation materials from scratch
· Ensure sales office materials are up to date
· Monitor contractor and supplier market to optimize cost and quality
Digital / SMM:
· Create social media content
· Manage and develop official social media pages (YouTube, LinkedIn)
· Partner with bloggers and influencers for brand promotion
· Generate leads through efficient management of the development and production of branded merchandise and promotional items for customers
Events:
· Plan and implement offline promotional events for the projects:
– Broker tours
– Business breakfasts
– Project launch events
