Job Description

Title: Brand Associate Manager, Saudi Arabia

We are Accenture’s brand team. We partner across the Marketing + Communications organization to be integrated and transparent, and embrace a culture of smart, strategic work. The Accenture advertising and social team is part of the Brand team, tasked with producing great creative work from the idea to the execution and implementing social and paid media campaigns globally. We are a smart, creative, collaborative team that has fun and enjoys working together in a truly human way.

You are: a passionate social and advertising expert with experience across social media components, from strategy to content to listening. You understand the Middle East social and advertising landscape, especially in the B2B space, and are adept at using social media platforms like Linked In, Instagram, and You Tube effectively. You excel in content creation, community management, and strategic planning, with experience in advertising and paid media campaigns.

You are creative, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player with a go-getter attitude.

The role

Focuses on supporting a top-tier social and advertising presence for Accenture in the Middle East by developing content to build awareness and engage clients, recruits, and employees. Responsibilities include managing our ME CEO page, understanding market competition, crafting localized strategies, and collaborating with global and local teams to align social efforts with company priorities.

Typical Activities

Develop and maintain a best-in-class social presence aligned with Accenture priorities.

Create clear messages and ensure consistent execution across social channels.

Analyze social media data and metrics to inform strategies.

Oversee daily social media activities including listening, engagement, and publishing.

Develop social content campaigns from ideation to execution, collaborating with marketing partners.

Stay informed on best practices and creative ideas to enhance strategy.

Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and optimize social media recommendations.

Enhance and evolve employee advocacy on social media.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years in marketing & communications, with significant experience in advertising and social media.

Preferred Qualifications

Passion and knowledge of social media; ability to execute multi-faceted campaigns; strong understanding of strategy and execution for campaigns, events, and real-time activations; excellent stakeholder communication skills; fluency in English and Arabic; residence in Riyadh or Dubai; experience with Sprinklr is a plus.
