Job Overview:
Vista Digital is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and brand engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling content, managing social platforms, and driving audience growth across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create and curate engaging content (text, images, video) for various platforms
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and campaign effectiveness
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting and community engagement
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns when needed
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience with content creation tools and scheduling platforms
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and audience engagement strategies
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles
