A leading trading company specializing in the sale and distribution of advertising materials is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor in Riyadh. This role requires a strong leadership presence and field engagement to oversee daily operations across two branches and a warehouse, ensuring compliance and quality in service delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Daily supervision of operational flow in branches and warehouse, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Monitoring employee attendance, absences, delays, leaves, and organizing coverage among employees as needed.
- Assessing the performance of branch employees, evaluating each employee’s level, and providing feedback and recommendations to management.
- Guiding employees and addressing daily operational errors and challenges.
- Ensuring the application of systems, instructions, and workplace discipline, and reporting violations to management.
- Coordinating between branch employees, warehouse staff, drivers, and laborers to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment.
- Overseeing the receipt, delivery, and transfer of goods between branches and the warehouse.
- Participating in inventory audits, reviewing discrepancies and shortages, and following up on their causes.
- Monitoring warehouse staff performance and ensuring proper organization, preservation, and delivery of stock.
- Overseeing drivers and laborers, organizing tasks, and ensuring effective resource utilization.
- Ensuring the regularity of invoice procedures, price quotations, cash collection, and branch closures, without being responsible for the company’s accounting management.
- Ability to cover invoice staff in branches during leaves or absences or under work pressure.
- Preparing periodic reports for management on employee performance, operational issues, observations, and needs.
- Proposing operational improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce errors, shortages, and delays.
