We are looking for an ambitious, passionate individual who will be responsible for managing office communications and facilitating key tasks and procedures.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable in
multi-tasking
with
attention to detail
; must be reliable, diligent, organized, flexible, and must be able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Manager to schedule jobs to control and manage the workflow, providing day-to-day bookings of projects and studio bookings, preparing quotations, invoicing, closing jobs, and administrative support as well as contributing to the management of all the resources.
Should be well-versed in managing inquiries and following up, collating, and distributing feedback.
Should be responsible for liaising with internal and external clients, account handling and maintaining regular contact with the facility’s clients, and acting as the first point of contact for all bookings.
Requirements:
Excellent English language skills – both written and spoken.
2 years UAE working experience in office administration.
Ability to communicate with a broad range of people.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office esp. Excel, Word and must be a quick learner for new software.
Good organizational skills and an eye for detail.
Should be comfortable with
multi-tasking
and performing under pressure.
