✅ Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating Bobcat/Skid Steer Loaders
✅ Experience in road and infrastructure projects preferred
✅ Knowledge of excavation, grading, backfilling, and site preparation
✅ Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and follow safety procedures
✅ UAE experience preferred
