BMS & Controls Systems Engineer – Jeddah
We are seeking a skilled and motivated BMS & Controls Systems Engineer to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), control systems, system integration, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, program, test, and commission BMS and control systems.
Work with BMS controllers, sensors, actuators, control panels, gateways, and field devices.
Perform system integration using communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX, and other open protocols.
Develop and modify control logic, graphics, alarms, trends, schedules, and sequences of operation.
Perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis of BMS installations.
Review technical drawings, control schematics, wiring diagrams, I/O schedules, and project specifications.
Coordinate BMS integration with electrical, mechanical, fire alarm, lighting, energy metering, and other building systems.
Prepare technical submittals, method statements, commissioning reports, and project documentation.
Provide technical support during installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Ensure systems are installed and commissioned according to project specifications and applicable standards.
Qualifications & Technical Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Control, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems and Building Automation Controls.
Good understanding of BACnet, Modbus, KNX, TCP/IP, and system integration.
Experience with BMS programming, graphics development, control panels, sensors, actuators, and field devices.
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, control diagrams, and technical specifications.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience in BMS testing and commissioning is highly preferred.
Knowledge of energy monitoring, smart building systems, and IoT integration is an advantage.
Additional Requirements
Location: Jeddah, Riyadh
Minimum 3 years of relevant BMS / Controls experience preferred
Valid Saudi residency / Transferable Iqama
Valid Saudi Driving License
Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
Willingness to travel locally when required for projects
