Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge:
Possess in-depth knowledge of biomechanical devices, their features, benefits, and clinical applications.
Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to doctors, physical therapists, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
Technical Support:
Provide ongoing support, answer technical queries, and ensure customers use devices effectively.
Market Research:
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the field of biomechanics.
Negotiation & Deal Closing:
Handle contract negotiations, pricing, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.
Relationship Building:
Establish long-term partnerships with clients and key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product development, marketing, and after-sales service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Biomechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in medical device sales or a similar healthcare-related sales role.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
Familiarity with medical terminology and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Proven ability to identify customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
Proficiency in lead generation, sales negotiation, and closing deals.
Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to sales.
