Hiba Electromechanical Contracting LLC is an Ajman Civil Defence Approved A Grade Contractor and an Ajman Police approved CCTV contractor, specializing in Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, CCTV, Networking, and LPG Systems. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, CCTV, and LPG Systems.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, technical proposals, and cost estimates.
- Follow up with clients until order confirmation and project award.
- Coordinate with the engineering and project teams for smooth execution of awarded projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, facility management companies, industrial clients, and building owners.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an updated customer database and submit regular sales reports.
- Attend client meetings, negotiations, and technical presentations.
- Stay updated with UAE Civil Defence regulations and industry standards related to fire protection and life safety systems.
- Familiarity with AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in sales of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, CCTV, and/or LPG Systems.
- Good technical knowledge of fire protection and security systems.
- Experience in preparing quotations and handling customer negotiations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with Ajman Civil Defence and UAE fire safety regulations will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid UAE Driving License (Compulsory).
- Good command of English. Knowledge of Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic will be an added advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
