BIM Modeler – Constructions Jobs in Dubai at CHINA HARBOUR ENGINEERING COMPANY LLC
Key Responsibilities:
The BIM GA Detailer is responsible for producing accurate General Arrangement shop drawings based on IFC models and ensuring all deliverables comply with project specifications, consultant requirements and UAE construction practices.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Review IFC models and construction drawings.
- Produce architectural and structural GA shop drawings using BIM software.
- Coordinate with discipline engineers to resolve drawing conflicts.
- Update GA drawings according to consultant comments and site requirements.
- Ensure shop drawings comply with IFC documents, project specifications and construction methods.
- Participate in coordination meetings with consultants and subcontractors.
- Maintain drawing revisions and submission records.
- Support BIM coordination and model updates.
- Deliver shop drawings in accordance with project schedule and quality requirements.
Job Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
- Thorough understanding of Shop Drawing workflows and BIM implementation.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
- Familiar with UAE consultant review procedures and construction practices.
- Able to independently complete GA shop drawings.
- Good command of English for daily communication and coordination.
- Strong communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
- Experience in Shop-drawing & BIM management for large-scale projects is preferred.
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED8,500.00 per month
