Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Handle customer inquiries and follow up to close sales.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (if applicable).
Prior experience in [industry, e.g., immigration services, finance, etc.] is a plus.
