We are seeking an Architect with at least 5 years UAE experience. The candidate should have a strong focus on pricing, budgeting, and cost management in the fitout industry and will be responsible for preparing and managing project costs, providing cost-effective design solutions, and ensuring that projects meet both budget and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the pricing and budgeting for architectural fitout projects.
Develop detailed cost estimates and manage project budgets.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Review vendor quotes, assess cost implications, and suggest cost-saving alternatives.
Oversee design documentation, ensuring projects are within budget while meeting design intent.
Provide ongoing pricing support and adjustments throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
At least 5+ years UAE experience in architecture, focusing on fitout projects and pricing.
Strong skills in cost estimating, budgeting, and project management.
Proficiency in design and pricing software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, estimating tools).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
