House of Narma is seeking a highly skilled Tailor with expertise across luxury womenswear and menswear, spanning couture and ready-to-wear. The ideal candidate combines precision craftsmanship, adaptability, and a deep respect for the art of garment making.
Responsibilities
Construct and finish garments to luxury atelier standards, across both structured and fluid silhouettes.
Execute couture and bespoke tailoring, including internal structuring, shaping, and fine hand-finishing.
Confidently handle and assemble garments with surface techniques and embroidery, ensuring stability and seamless integration into construction.
Work with a wide range of fabrics — silk, wool, crepe, lace, organza, and embellished textiles — maintaining absolute precision and control.
Support fittings, alterations, and finishing processes in collaboration with pattern makers and designers.
Assist with day-to-day atelier operations, from sample preparation and pressing to quality checks, organization, and maintaining studio readiness.
Uphold exacting standards of craftsmanship, presentation, and professionalism across all projects.
