About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bending Machine Operator to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Bending Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our metal fabrication process, ensuring high-quality production and efficient operations.
Operate various types of bending machines, including hydraulic, mechanical, and CNC equipment
Set up and adjust bending machines according to job specifications and technical drawings
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules
Measure and mark materials for bending operations
Perform precise bending operations on metal sheets, plates, and other materials
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on bending machines
Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors
What do we need from you
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in metal fabrication or related field preferred
2-3 years of experience in metal fabrication or related field
Proficiency in operating various types of bending machines (hydraulic, mechanical, CNC)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes and metal properties
Familiarity with quality control standards in metal fabrication
Basic computer skills for operating CNC bending machines
Excellent attention to detail and precision
Strong problem-solving skills
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Commitment to safety and following proper procedures
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Willingness to work shifts as required
